The fares are defined annually by the competent Transport Authority (AMAL) and, for 2023, a regular fare update rate of 4.11% was defined.
With a dedicated Government Program for Tariff Reduction, AMAL maintains de 50% discount on the retail price and in view of the increase in inflation, as a measure of support to families to mitigate its effects, it was defined by the Portuguese State the non-increase in the price of monthly passes, through Resolution of the Council of Ministers n.º 74-A/2022, of September 6, keeping the prices of 1st of july 2022 in force.

The municipality of Olhão has an additional tariff reduction measure, so that all the users of the VAMUS service in Olhão territory pay the same prices applied on the urban service CUBO.
